It is very nice to be able to know that I will not struggle as much as I did for the last academic year, and you were lovely and friendly about it all - even when I had some seemingly 'stupid' questions.  Just the clarification you gave me has helped put my mind at ease.
 
It was really nice meeting you and knowing that I am not alone in my struggles to find things really helps.
