         <description><![CDATA[<p>PE needs at least 105 minutes to run a class. We transfer from three locations to our areas. The students need time to use the restroom, change, and all of the other issues that occur. </p>]]></description>

Due to access to 8th grade activities and keeping a coehesiveness between the two classes for para support.</p><p>Needing more information  regarding electives , how many so that students are not impacting one elective with ie. 10 students students  and the more elective we have to offer, the least restrictive our paras are in supporting the students in all push in </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Electives Team likes the hybrid schedule similar to the high schools with block and all classes mixed in a week, but having splits such as in 7th grade lunch with our current schedule is not ideal for our classes.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>A modified block, like Sanger High's bell schedule, addresses all department's concerns. Math and ELA are able to see their students more often, Science has a lab block, etc. SEL lessons are created by the counseling center and are presented on a block schedule once per month, which takes the pressure off of one department to teach SEL. In addition, we would match our feeder high school which would match the West sites and set our students up for success in the future</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>MWF all periods/ TTh block makes it difficult for pacing. If I teach a lesson to ALL kids on Monday, I only am able to do a block lesson with HALF of the kids. Then, I teach another lesson to ALL kids before I see the other HALF of the kids for another block. This would make for a huge hassle in planning. Even if Wednesday is used for intervention- then I don’t see the second half of my kids to continue the lesson for 3 days. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>If we do block schedules on Wednesday/Thursday and only have late start on Wednesday, every week the even periods would get considerable more class time than the odd periods. This brings up a big issue. Those teachers who have even prep would also get more time per week than the odd period teachers. Something to consider. </p>]]></description>
