When you communicate in a interview it is important to pay attention to your verbal and nonverbal communication because it is what sell you to the employer! Smiling and keeping eye contact shows your friendly and attentive. Things like crossing your arm and frowning are nonverbal communication that shows the employer your not interested in what is being discussed.
