We discussed the question who is/should be part of our network and what the current Target group label "deutsch-asiat*innen" could mean.
We collected pro's &cons of possible definitions which can be summarized roughly to the following two extremes:
On one side the proposition of understanding identities like " asian diasporic" or "asian-german" in a broad /abstract sense - i.e. rather as a term describing a subjective, political and decolonial position - which is not necessarily bound to (personal or family) geographical origin (and thus aligning with a definition proposed by korientation, see their Website). This would keep the group open for people who affiliate in diverse ways which might as well include different geographical regions asian continent. However such an understanding would actually also entail the need to think about how to reach real inclusivity, i.e. responsibility to look honestly at ways of identifiying &reducing existing internal dominant discourses/identities /power structures...
On the other extreme we might also define the Target group in a pragmatic way based on direct/family connection to the geographical region of solely EASTERN Asia. This would limit the Target group to those who have been present at meetings so far and to some extent reproduce mainstream/ problematic understandings, but at the same time keep it more transparent and honest, by not claiming an ideal which is currently not attained anyhow...
As it is a big question, we didn't come to any conclusion but decided to follow up on the discussion at the next meetings, by also trying to exchange with other groups/people who have been discussing similar questions and collecting Perspectives of those who might be missing so far.

Name for group:
The general opinion was that the Stammtisch doesn't need a name as such - as it is meant to be an open space for empowerment and loose networking.
but as a name is indeed relevant for political work, it will be discussed in the political group (see next topic) separately.

Political actions:
So far those who organized the demo last year are loosely continuing to involve in political activities. As not everyone is interested, this group shall exist apart of the general Stammtisch, but topics treated there can be reported on at the Stammtisch meetings. For all those interested, a first separate meeting of the political group will be organized soon. new people can join then and we will discuss plans and also the issue of a name for that group.
The existing telegram channel of the demo group 2021 shall be replaced by a new one for current political actions to which new people can be added.

1 year Atlanta:
It might be nice to have a way of commémorating the day on 19 march, but resources are scarce. Therefore we will just have some social Media Posts on it, details will be discussed in the political Action team.

We planned to meet regularly, around 1/month, in Person and somewhere in a restaurant or cafe. 
We suggest to rotate the role of hosting person, who will always be responsible for organizing the meeting (e.g. place, time, invitation).
if there is interest, at every meeting there could also be another person who is content host. meaning to give an input or presenting a certain topic for discussion or anything else of their own choice. 

2) The next meeting shall take place next month and me and Linjung will organize it. we will set up a Doodle for this time, but in the lot run we thought of  fixing a regular day of the week/month as this could he helpful and more efficient.

3) Topics for the group:
whishes by those present and ideas mentioned in the past show that there is a variety of possible topics people are interested in to use this group for.
A first list of thematic fields we identified:
- Political actions
- book club /exchange on Literature
-Developing own content, such as zhongde zine
- (mental) health /body work
...

For now we said that we don't need to decide rigidly what to work on or not - but that actually any topic could be approached during meetings or also group discussion if anyone wants to launch/ host them.
Later on or if need be we can think of having specific working groups /AGs maybe under the big umbrella if some people want to go deeper and they can then set up specific telegram groups.

All those interested in political actions are directly invited to join the people from last year's demo in our separate telegram group, let me know if u want to be part!

4) Name of the group:
We discussed if there is need to have a name, since we were asked several times by others about it.
One Position is that it isn't necessary as it mainly affects Political actions and could be discussed solely among the people from the demo group.
Another position however was that it might still be useful and nice to have an umbrella name.. 
Maybe we could have a poll about it and after that collect possible names or even just continue the discussion next meeting.

 All of thr points just reflect the views of those present and were not formalized/ finalized in any way.. we see it as a process to further Continue the discussions here and also thought that the regular Stammtisch might help to make things in an organic way more clear..

There is no need to show up in the personal meetings at all, but people can just only be part of this telegram group and join on digital level, if this is what is enough for you! 
Also Stammtisch will be open To diverse participants every time and you don't need to engage in being there every time!

And we thought it would be nice to still make this group here broader and larger - and don't see any kind of restrictions re. Origin, age etc - as long as people are interested to be part and somehow located in NRW/ Rheinland.
