         <title>1st Amendment: Freedom of Religion</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Freedom of Religion grants individuals throughout the United States the right to express their affiliation with the religion they choose. This rights allows society to express their beliefs, values, preaching, practice and worship toward the region they wish.</div><div><br></div><div>In the following CNN article, a Maine town manager known as Tom Kawczynski,  was fired after claiming that races should be segregated and should be "nothing of this community". He was dismissed after encountering and bashing the Islamic community for their religious beliefs, values and traditions.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Freedom of Petition grants indovalas the right to gather an abundance of signatures in support towards a cause and ultimately create a legislative body for or against a certain legislation. In short, individuals have the right to present their request to their government, without fear of punishment and or imprisonment.</div><div><br></div><div>In the following CNN article, San Francisco dismiss thousands of pot convection.
