         <description><![CDATA[<div> Alaska Natives were signed into a law by a presidents Nixon. On December 18 1971 the united states history intended to resolve a long standing issue. <br><br>Settlements have established Alaska native claims to the land by transferring titles to twelve. When Alaska became a state in 1959 it became a statehood act. While the natives were acting they had claim the settlements. <br><br>Alaska governments were selected without taking into account to the native claims. That was all against the backdrop. In 1966 Alaska was transfer to Russia. In 1971 barely one million acres of land in Alaska was in a private hands. <br><br>Supporters have argued that corporations provided economic benefits indigenous peoples that outweigh all of these problems. </div>]]></description>
