First Impression: Ritu stands out as someone who is very honest, open, and friendly. I was surprised she is an F1 fan - how cool!

Looking Back: Ritu is incredibly strong and independent. She wants to be financial self sufficient, and I find that very empowering. She deeply cares for others feelings and thoughts and is clearly a very empathetic and emotionally aware person.

Vision: I was very inspired by how spontaneous Ritu is. She lives in the moment and is willing to embrace the changes and new seasons that come with life and not overly plan out every detail. She is driven by core principles and values, and I find this very inspiring.

My initial impression of you was that you are reserved and introspective. And while I still think you are introspective, I’ve really appreciated hearing you share with the class and provide great insights.

Looking Back: Ritu has a great heart, is a people person through and through and motivated but deals with the insecurities everyone does inside of her. Ritu, you came across as friendly, funny and cheerful. I could tell that there was a confidence that you had built in yourself that had taken some effort. I love how you don’t take yourself too seriously and knew how to enjoy the activities presented to us. During the looking back exercise I was surprised to hear about your dad and how that effected you growing up and how that continues to influence how you think about making friends and how strong the "to be loved" value is for you, especially when you came across so confident. I was impressed by your strength through it all, your dedication to your mother and how clearly you know what you want, ie. self-sufficiency. I admire your ability to be comfortable and even enjoy not knowing what the future looks like!
