1. I can strengthen my spiritual (immune) system by being good to people. I help my friends who are dealing with problems. I try my best to comfort them as if I were there. It is always good to help others.

2. I experienced a lot of grace from God. One of them is being a with honors during the second quarter. I found the 2nd quarter difficult because I was on a Christmas break mode. I prayed to God for motivation. The second is being in UST. The fact that I'm in UST is already a grace because I never imagined myself studying here for JHS. I imagined myself studying at UST as a medicine student already. I prayed to God to make me a Thomasian, and He did. God's plan is always the best. With Him, anything is possible.

3. I enjoyed Brother Andreus' talk, and I learned many things from him. I realized that it is better to give than to receive. We receive many graces when we give. We are a light to someone's darkness. I also learned that even if we have a lot of sins, God still gives us another day to change our ways. Brother Andreus said, "You're fully known, but you're fully loved.". I like Brother Andreus to talk again soon.

1. By recognizing the miracles around me, I may improve my spiritual (immune) system. In Brother Andreus' talk, he recounted a few occasions that he considered miracles, such as when his laptop broke, and he only had 13,000 to spend on a MacBook. He couldn't afford a MacBook since he didn't have enough money, but a friend gave him one after they had dreamed about him for several nights. I believe that there are many miracles around me that I have yet to notice. These miracles will improve my determination to be helpful and even be "the one who gives a Macbook."

2. Although I am aware of God's presence in my life at all times, there have been two instances in which I truly have felt His grace. The more-than-300-step trek to the enormous figure of Jesus in Lucban, Quezon, Kamay ni Hesus is my first experience. Because it was sunny that day, climbing to the statue was tiring and exhausting; however, His presence encouraged me to keep going. The people we climbed with also contributed to my appreciation of the experience since it made me realize how much we wanted to see Jesus' statue and be under His grace. The experience felt like a rollercoaster ride, but it felt like a breath of fresh air when we eventually arrived. When I was taking my USTET, I also sensed God's grace. I knew that I had studied and prepared for this admission exam for days, but I was still terrified. However, because I knew He was with me, I was able to complete the test and answer all of the questions. He kept me focused and relaxed, and with that, I am grateful to be under His grace.

3. After the Lenten Recollection, I reflected on Brother Andreus' experiences and how they proved God's goodness. Even amid our difficulties, I understood that God is still good. We may wonder why He gave us these troubles and obstacles, but we must remember that He didn't give them in vain. God made problems for us to solve because He knew we'd be able to handle them and even learn from them. Some of us may question His reasoning for allowing our loved ones to join His Kingdom, but only He knows those reasons, and we can't blame Him for that. Even if some of our loved ones pass away, God is still good because He is with us each day we mourn, providing His shoulder to cry on and ear to hear our sentiments. We must understand that even if we don't receive blessings in a day, which is impossible because He blesses us every day, we must recognize that He is still good. God is good in both good and bad circumstances.

1. Strengthening one's spiritual (immune) system is important since it can give us peace of mind during hard times and many more miracles, I can strengthen this by being a person whom people can rely on. As much as I can I try to give back to people, especially to those in need, in doing so I may be able to feel good about myself since I have helped people.

2. We experience many graces of God and we don't even realize it, for an instance when I was back in elementary I always had perfect marks on my art class, while it was not a major subject I soon did realize that this was a grace from God, the ability to do paint and draw and I can use this for my own good. Being here in UST is something I have never thought of, I used to just be oblivious on my path but with the help of God, I realize that I am one step closer to my goal.

3. I enjoyed listening to Brother Andreus's talks and stories, hearing them makes me see that there is always good in the world and not just full of darkness. He also said that it is better to give than to receive, which to I agree, the feeling of happiness when we the person we are helping smile is the best feeling in the world, being able to help is one of the things that is very fulfilling.

B7, Shanri Noel B.

1. Usually, when the word Immune is heard, what basically comes first in mind is the world, shield. And in the case of the word system, an algorithms or any such thing is being reminded, however in the term Spiritual, when such word has been utter and heard, it is simple a daily reminder in our inner self, us being religious, and a divine believer itself. Now when these three combined, forms a magnificent, powerful, and divine union. Yet, let us move back to the question, how can we strengthen our “Spiritual (Immune) System”? A very alluring question isn’t it? Well, the cliché answer for this is none other than but a lend of hand, indeed. Yet, I will not have that as my answer; instead let us make it a more unique and me. I suppose, only a single word shall display my means and answer. Comfort. Logically speaking, indeed it is a synonymous term for an aid. To be a comfort is like boosting and strengthening our “Spiritual (Immune) System”. To be a comfort not only to those in pain, but also to those who we see in the mere sight of mirror itself, us. Let us be a comfort to the others as we could to ourselves.

2. If I am too say, every day, I suppose that is a very general and cliché that won’t pique your interest. Might if I say, never did I felt God’s grace. Isn’t that tempting? Well, if I am to utter such phrase, I shall not be welcomed by the world, for such lie has been born. Nonetheless, that phrase I said was nothing but to bait and allure you in reading my genuine reflection and thoughts. The moment I was born, fun trivia, I actually remember… Nothing. Indeed, as in nothing. This earthling, as I, shall take a moment of your time, and shall story tell one happening in my life that I felt miraculous. Miracles works very mysterious, just this past few days, I watched, one of the best films I have watched, it is, Miracles from Heaven. The little girl, in pain and was a faithful believer of God, never once doubt Him. Until one day, that girl fell in a tree’s deep hallow, unresponsive, yet awoken, all the pains, the rare and crucial disease, the concussion, all gone in a snap. And thing in my life, that I felt God’s grace, is not within the Church, ironic isn’t it? It is not in a church but inside me, I was once a child, and innocent one, unaware of the reality, a child embracing every beauty and believed in nothing but the good. Yet sadly to say, that child only remains in a mere memory, I suppose. I felt God inside me, I have dreamt of Him, weirdly, when my grandfather died, I have dreamt of my grandfather multiple times, such a vivid image, both terrifying yet amusing. Why me? Why am I the one who’ll get to see you in my dreams, why not your wife, your children, why me, your apo? Yet never once was that answered by words, instead it was well answered by my feeling itself.

3. God moves in mysterious way. And that is precisely correct. Not only in the basis of earthlings’ utter, instead based on my personal experience itself. I am human being, I have limbs, and I breathe the same air as my fellow animals do. I walk the same path, the same land as those chickens, that without further ado, shall lay in the middle of long and splendid, wood-like table, awaiting for a marvelous feast. I drink the very same water as those cows have, not only that mine is a filtered one, I suppose. I am created by the very same being that created every living creature, God. Yet I shall ask myself, is it, or was it worth being a human. I do not differ to those little animals, unaware of being a breeding tool, money maker for us earthlings. What justice does that provide to us? Aren’t they the children of God, who as well had a family, who once breathe, and was once cherished, yet why do, we, human being kill them? For what, survival? Indeed, we need to adapt, adaptation is a necessity for us not to extinct as the dinosaurs did years and years ago. Why weren’t dinosaurs mentioned in the Holistic and Divine bible? I shall leave that question, for you, dear reader to ponder.

Yours Truly,
Francheska Jeen T. Rafailes

1. I realized that I may be able to strengthen my “Spiritual (Immune) System” by being a “miracle” to others. I admit that before the recollection, I was oblivious to the miracles and blessings God has given me. I forget to realize the miracles around me as I am so used to receiving them. However, Brother Andreus’ talk made me realize how these “unnoticed” miracles can change one’s life. The examples that he gave during the time he was with us opened my eyes to the unnoticed miracles. The more I reflected, the more I was grateful for the miracles God gave me. It motivated me to strive to become one of the people who became a lending hand to others. I was motivated to become the “miracle” people needed especially in times of crisis.

2. I admit that I feel God’s grace every day. However, I also acknowledge that there was a moment when I especially felt His grace the most. Before applying to UST, I hesitated for months. There were moments when I almost burned the paper I was supposed to submit to finalize my transfer of schools. It wasn’t due to hatred of course but, it was a result of panic. I was scared of failing my admission test and the consequences that will follow after it.

The day of the admission test came and I was still in a state of panic. Before I entered the campus, I first visited the chapel and prayed. After praying I took the test and read the questions frantically before realizing that I have studied for most of them. I was relieved and thankful because I answered the test and passed. At that point, I realized that God was with me. He was watching over me as I took the test, making sure that I answered it to the best of my abilities. I was and still am grateful for my encounter with God’s grace that day.

3. After the recollection, I realized that God is indeed good. He has and will always love us even during our ups and downs. He has seen us at our worst and yet, he still guides and accepts us with love.

There may be times when we feel like He is not with us but, He is. We must let God love us as He has been with us since the beginning. God’s miracles and grace work in mysterious ways but we must not question it. Anything is possible with Him.

1. I can strengthen my spiritual system by being closer to God no matter what. The closer I am to God, the stronger my faith in Him grows. By being a children of God, I will love Him, I will follow Him, and I will trust Him. When my faith grows stronger, my spiritual system also grows stronger.

2. I remember during my entrance exam in UST, I was a very nervous wreck. I was anxious that I might have forgotten the lessons that I reviewed. Knowing that I will need God’s guidance, I brought the rosary that I bought when we went to Manaoag last 2016. Before putting it in my pocket, I prayed and asked for guidance and a successful exam. I entered the examination room and prayed one last time before starting the test. And Thank God indeed that I was able to pass the exams and enter UST.

3. I realized during the recollection is that I should really try to strengthen my spiritual system. That I should be thankful for everyday, even with this pandemic. I also reflected on my faith, realizing that I should strengthen it. I realized that we should be grateful for all the things that we receive and will receive. We should love God, we should love ourselves, we should love everyone.

1. Waking up every morning and realizing that it's a new day is a miracle that is often overlooked by many. Through the sharing Brother Andreus gave during the recollection, I was able to reflect and appreciate the everyday miracles and graces I receive. Some of these miracles may not be felt and seen instantly, but this allowed me to open my eyes to such, either big or small. With this, I can strengthen my SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM by strengthening my relationship with God. This motivated me to pray more often and to follow his teachings. And for the people around me, by being a friend and listening to their problems.

2. When I was in Grade 6, studying in my former school, I was chosen as a representative alongside three others to represent our school in a Storytelling Competition. Although I'm used to performing a script or story in front of an audience, this was far different from the usual competition I partake in. It took so many days of memorizing and practicing to ensure that we would advance to the next phase of the competition. Fortunately, we advanced to the finals after two weeks of waiting. By this time, I got extremely nervous as the competition day was nearing. I never once imagined that I would be given the opportunity to perform at SMX Convention Center in front of a large crowd. Entering the finals was already a miracle. My friends and I prayed several times in the hopes of at least bagging the 3rd Place spot. After our performance, we knew we gave it our all, so we just hoped for the best as we once again prayed. And during the announcement of winners, we're announced as the 3rd Placer of the said competition.

As much as I'm aware of the everyday graces I receive, that was the time I felt God's grace and presence the most. Anything is possible if we have a faithful heart towards God.

3. The recollection made me realize how God has never failed to show his presence to us, even from the simplest miracles and graces he gives. We may face plenty of obstacles, hardships, and problems in our life, but if we continue to have a faithful relationship with him, no matter what happens, he will always guide and love us. Even when we're at our lowest, he never fails to show his presence through his spark of graces and miracles.

And even at times, if we feel like he isn't with us, always remember that he is always looking after us. Sometimes, his miracles and graces come in mysterious ways, and it's up to us to discover and see them. With that, we must always give our hearts to God through an act of kindness and following his teachings.

1. It is critical to fortify our spiritual immune system, especially in this day and age when there is so much going on. I can put that to good use by being open to others, not just those I know. Brother Andreus not only made me, but everyone else in the webinar, realize that God is always present, no matter what.

2. As I previously stated, God's presence and grace are always with us. But one thing I'm grateful for is that even though some people in my previous school don't want me to be a representative or run for an officer position on the student council. My fight was extremely close to my opponent, which made me feel a little down on the day of the announcement because they were a lot more popular and close to the people around my school, but thankfully, God's grace did not disappoint me, and I still won from Grade 2 Councillor, to Grade 3 Sergeants at Arms, to Grade 4 Secretary and lastly, to Grade 5 President.

My other encounter with God's grace occurred when I fought for the first time for DSPC (Journalism), I was trembling, not knowing what to do because I didn't have my eyewear, and the proctor instructed me to watch the given interview and write an article about it. I was so nervous after losing my glasses that I wanted to give up, but I chose to fight and tried to focus on the information heard on the given video. After that, I went to the nearest chapel and prayed because I had done my best. And, thankfully, the announcer called out my name in seventh place, which made me feel relieved.

3. Following the Lenten Recollection, I realized that God is so great that He does not see us through our mistakes. He always sees us all through the lens of His image of us. Even when we are experiencing highs and lows in our lives, He is always there to guide us. God's miracles aren't always visible, and we might miss them now and then, but they're always there. This taught me that it is always the little things that matter. We should be more aware of and thankful for the small blessings that God and our loved ones bestow upon us.

1. It is important for us to always be honest with God in order to strengthen our relationship with Him. By being open to his ideas and being honest with him. Your love and acceptance will tell him everything. Because you're honest with him and don't hide anything from him.

2. I prayed to God for our protection at the start of the pandemic. A year has passed without us encountering anything new. Because of him, this pandemic didn't have the potential to be as bad as it could have been.

3. The Church gives us six weeks once a year to take a long, loving look at ourselves and determine whether or not our values and priorities are in line with God's wishes for us.

1. In our body, immune system refers to the network of organs that protects the body from foreign substances that can cause harm. Spiritually, I think about it as the system that protects us from the evil and bad.

Physical immune system : disease
Spiritual immune system : evil

And just like how we take care of our physical immune system by being healthy, we also need to take care and strengthen our spiritual immune system. Bro. Andreus' talk was really informative. He shared a lot of personal stories that taught me life lessons. And the one that was stuck to my mind is about being the "miracle" to others. Being a miracle or doing something good for others does not only help that person, but also benefits you. It improves your wellbeing and also allows you to grow your faith and deeds.

2. I believe that everyday is God's grace. From the time we wake up, the food we eat, the people we meet, and many more. And I'm very much thankful for all these graces by God. But for me, the very notable instance wherein I felt God's grace was during my first months in UST JHS. Getting into UST JHS itself is a big grace from God. But after, things started to become difficult and complicated for me. There were many things running in my mind that time and it was overwhelming. I can't fully express myself to others. But I felt God with me. I felt comfort after several crying episodes. On the coming days, my mind started to clear up. I was making choices and decisions. Things started getting clear to me. And it was really relieving. I thank God for being with me during those times, clearing my mind, and guiding me.

3. This Lenten Recollection was a great opportunity to pause and pray. The Mass allowed us to pray with the whole JHS community during this Lenten season. And the talk of Bro. Andreus after was really interesting and informative. I learned a lot from his personal encounters of 'miracles.' His stories were really fun and captivating. And I can somehow relate them to my life. I reflected on a lot of my personal encounters too - whether If I was the receiver or the giver. His talk enlightened me more about God and how He touches our lives, especially this pandemic. He uses other people to be instruments of goodness. I also learned that it is better to be the miracle, the instrument of God.

I may build on my spiritual system by perceiving the wonders around me. In his conversation, Brother Andreus highlighted a couple of occurrences that he considered wonders, such as when his PC crashed and he only had $13,000 to spend on a MacBook. He couldn't afford a MacBook because he needed more money, but a friend handed him one after they had been thinking about him for a long time. I accept that there are innumerable wonders all around me that I am oblivious to. These mystical happenings will increase my confidence in my ability to be beneficial and even "the one who donates a Macbook.” Furthermore whatever happens, I may reinforce my profound framework by getting closer to God. The closer I am to God, the more solid my faith in Him becomes. Because I am God's offspring, I shall appreciate, follow, and trust Him. When my confidence grows, so does my profound framework.

In troublesome conditions, I am more mindful of God's magnificence, than I was before. Since I think I am mindful of its presence, I attempt to search for God's magnificence amidst my tensions, bothers, and burdens however much as could reasonably be expected. We as an aggregate accept that we can seldom stay away from His presence, so I acknowledge that He is with me during the troublesome minutes and that His straightforwardness is with me also. In any case, I wouldn't contend that God's gloriousness is reliably present in the ordinary occasions of my day to day presence. God gives tastefulness to me in an assortment of little ways, however these typical gifts mean an enormous arrangement to me.

Following the Lenten Recollection, I understand that God is extraordinary to the point where He does not perceive us through our blunders. He normally sees each of us through the lens of His image of us. In any case, as we experience highs and lows in our life, He is usually present to guide us. God's wonders aren't always obvious, and we may miss them now and then, but they're always there. This taught me that the small details, which are often missed, are important. We should be more aware of and grateful for the small favors that God, our friends, and family bestow upon us.

1. I can strengthen my "SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM" simply by helping others. A lot may have said the same thing I did but it’s easier said than to be done. Simple act of kindness is not easy to achieve especially when one needs special care but as long as I think that what I’m doing will please our Lord, I’m fully motivated to do anything at any time given since this is what I know I’m capable of.

2. I can almost feel every time the grace of our Lord but of course there are special circumstances that I felt his grace in an unexplainable feeling. This happened around 2019, I’m not sure myself but I can still remember the feeling after the event happened. It was the first day of my competition. Obviously I would go around and explore the whole area. After around thirty minutes, a few walks and I find myself standing in front of my teammate. He had a hard time gasping air for a min then started talking fast. I didn’t understand it so I asked him to say it for a second time in a calm way. He told me that I missed my first event. After the word “missed” came out from his mouth I rushed thru the corridor and ran towards my coach which was thankfully he somehow able to plea for my negligence. Before the event started, I prayed harder even during the event started because I fear that after the trouble I made for my coach everything will go in vain and will result a lot harder training after. So I pray and pray and prayed until my event was finished. I wasn’t expecting the results to be like that since my body was worn out after a long run to my coach. It was so unbelievable at first sight. My performance was so nice that I was able to place second. My body was overflowing with thanksgiving to our Lord and since then I rely on him more.

3. Some realizations after the Lenten recollection are, first I somehow regained my conscious about God’s grace. It made me reflect my actions and miracles I encountered this past few days. It helped me realize that I was taking for granted all the graces I’ve been receiving. Second I realize that some stories shared by Brother Andreus is kind of similar from mine which made me reflect a lot more. Lastly, it helped me realize that my spiritual immune system has been weak ever since the pandemic started because there aren’t any physical encounter I’ve been usually receiving and was not fully aware that our Lord’s Grace is given to us even if it will only help us at an extent in this online set up.

1. I can strengthen my spiritual immune system by strengthening my relationship with God. Since I'm going through tough times, I should ask for help if He could guide me out of it. I have doubts especially when it comes to trying to talk to Him because I used to be the person that prays a lot but they weren't answered. Now I know what I am lacking, faith and patience. Why faith? Faith means having a strong belief about something. You believe and are willing to fight about your beliefs. How about patience? Well, I love magic; Genie in a bottle to be exact. The act of once you rub it a genie appears and gives you 3 wishes and it magically appears. That's what I want but not everything I want I could have. I have to work for it, to have it and if God sees me worthy and capable of having such a thing then He'll give it to me.

2. Since I'm having trouble with my faith and patience. I shall share an experience where I'll never forget that I felt God's grace. When I was 7 years old, I was biking around my neighborhood. Out of nowhere, I fell to the ground and blacked out. Literally in the middle of the street yet no one saw me. I once opened my eyes and to my surprise, I saw basketball players helping me get up. I immediately biked back home with a huge scar on my face due to the fall. I got home and went to bed. I slept so that my mom wouldn't be mad at me for going out and hurting myself. Up to this day, I'm shocked because no one hurt me apart from the fall. To me, that meant that God was there guiding me while I was alone freezing because of the morning breeze.

3. After the Lenten Recollection, I realized that time is a virtue. Brother Andreus shared about his time with his mother who has cancer and died because of it. It made me want to spend more time with my mom because she's healthy and I should be grateful she's here. The reason why I don't like spending time with her was because of my times with her when I was a kid. I'm currently teaching myself how to forgive her and myself. It also made me realize how truly powerful and mighty God is. No matter how many our sins are He would always see me through His image of me. He sees me as a person, not a robot because of my mistakes.

1. I can build my spiritual system by trusting God with my life's path. A lot of people, including me, struggle to grasp the idea of an 'unknown future'. I've always avoided the questions that often ask about my future like "what do you want to be when you grow up?" or "where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?" I would always be scared of choosing the wrong direction or messing up. Saying that I should just trust and rely on God sounds great and easy, but life is not fair and that's not how it works. Trusting God means that we trust him as our guide, protector, and someone that we can turn to in this long and rough journey ahead, and, yes, there may be times wherein we want to give up, but whenever this idea occurs to me, I shall recall all the benefits and blessings that he has showered upon me, throughout my life.

2. God's grace is something that happens to us every single day, and we just don't realize or notice it. I believe that God's grace can be as simple as getting a bonus point in your tests, to something as grand as helping us in one of the most major events that happen in our lives like the USTET (majority of my classmates mentioned this) I vividly remember myself as a kid strolling around my barangay almost every day after school, I would go to the palengkes, groceries, basketball courts, and the streets filled with jeepneys wherein I stay at and sometimes even take naps without my parents knowing, and looking back now, I'm so surprised nothing bad ever happened to me, and I feel like this is the meaning of God's grace, he kept me safe all those times I went on those long walks after school.

3. As I watched the recording of the recollection, it was surely an eye-opening experience. From the stories to the talks, it made me realize that I had been so distant from God these past few months, I can't even recall the last time I have prayed before and after eating. I had the chance to reflect on my faith and learn how to strengthen it more. I felt a feeling of closure and comfort now that I know God will always be there for me in the good and bad moments in my life.

It is because not everyone has the same blessing as me or even fortunate enough to not have to work for the blessings they receive them. Even the smallest of blessing such as the chance to wake everyday. Furthermore

Adding on to that I think a good way to strengthen our spiritual immune system is to following God's plans for you and entrusting him as your protector, and guidance.

2. I remember a time where I was struggling with my grades, I remember no one was noticing it until it got really bad. When people started noticing they started trying to help me even more, from there I started to see my grades bounce back. Although that process was slow I like to believe that it was God's plan and his timing. That's when I realized that I was felling God's grace.

3.Following the recollection I realized that God is good and nothing is worthless in God's eyes.

1) How can you strengthen your "spiritual (immune) system" based on the sharing of Brother Andreus?

Based on what Brother Andreus has shared with us during this Lenten recollection, I can improve my spiritual system by utilizing what he has shared with us during this Lenten recollection in my daily life. I believe that having a strong faith in God, deepening my relationship with him, and allowing God to love me exactly as I am can help me enhance my spiritual system. Having entire faith in God can help me to strengthen my spiritual system. We can overcome anything, especially in these uncertain times, by having firm faith in God, no matter how cruel the world throws at us. Furthermore, I can improve my relationship with God by being close to Him by praying to Him with a focused heart, and practicing love for God by allowing God to decide everything for us. Also, by praising God the Father for all of the blessings He has bestowed upon us, as well as the sacrifices He has made for us. Because I am a child of God, I must have entire trust in Him and appreciate whatever He gives and will give to me, no matter how easy or difficult it is. Because one thing I am certain of is that God sent it to me for a reason: God knows I can conquer it.

2) Share some of your experiences wherein you feel God's grace

I believe that God's grace is always present in our daily lives. Every time I wake up for another day, being able to eat three times a day, having a house to live in, having a complete family, and being able to study are some of the experiences in which I feel God's grace. Simple things like this remind me that I am fortunate to be able to experience all of this. Not everyone has the opportunity to see the world again, not everyone can eat a meal, not everyone has a place to stay, and so on. Life is short, and we should make the most of it because we never know how long we will live. However, we must not forget that it was God who bestowed all of this upon us. We are able to have all of the graces that some people do not have because of God. We must always remember to be appreciative in all circumstances.

3) What are your realizations/insights after the Lenten Recollection?

This Lenten recollection is extremely beneficial not only to myself but to everyone who participated. I learned a lot from Brother Andreus's share on which I can reflect. I've realized that we may feel as if God isn't with us at times, especially through difficult times, yet God is always listening to us. He never abandons us, even when we doubt His existence. He is always with us, helping us along our journeys and loving us even when we sin. God's love for us is everlasting. When we feel as if everyone is abandoning us in our lives, we must remember that there is a God who will accept and not reject us despite our flaws. Through God, everything is possible.

1. I can strengthen my Spiritual immune system by giving my life to God, to trust him, to be with the flow as I live continuously, to laze in his arms. This what Brother Andreus taught me that to just live with the situation while God is dealing with it, like the pandemic today. We were once bind together now as we see it until today, it's a crisis but we should find good things about these because in the process we also grow bit by bit in isolation. Reflection is the key to this and once we get united again, we have different developments but still the same person.

2. I feel God's grace when I feel epiphany. I feel God's grace when I feel calm. I felt it when I was born because at first when I took my first tears in this world, the hands of those calmed me, made me realize I am alive, not that I knew it when I was a baby but right now. Epiphany is like a flying dove and calmness is like a piece of feather shifting in the air. It's a feeling that you already know that God is smiling at you and giving you grace; feathers that flock together as something to lie down on.

3. My reflection were my strengths to handle this pandemic and once again reunite with the people I cared about and hang out as usual when we meet. That is where my goal is set.

1. I can strengthen my spiritual immune system by accepting God's love wholeheartedly. Brother andreus said that we need to stop trying to win God's love because he is already giving it to us all we need to do is accept it.

2. One of the most memorable experiences I felt God's grace was during a periodical exam. It don't remember what school year it was nor what quarter it was. All I remember is that I studied for the wrong subject. The only thing I could do at the time was pray to God and help me remember what we learned in that subject even though I was unable to review for the test. After the test was done I felt relieved because I was able to answer all questions confidently when I got home I prayed and thanked God for helping me though the exams. When the day came when the scores were given, I was so happy to see that I only made minimal mistakes.

3. After the recollection I realized that God's grace is everywhere in our life. The good things or best things that happen in our life is God giving his grace, his blessing. And if there is something that God wants us to receive he will always find a way to give it, through anyone, anywhere, anytime.

1. Offering and interacting more closely with God by exposing myself to Him, as Brother Andreus has stated, is a means to improve my spiritual system. Prayer is important in strengthening our relationship with God. By doing so, we are exposing ourselves to Him and creating a connection that further grows and deepens with each communication we have with God, being prayer.

2. Feeling God's grace is a daily experience for us all, as He is always there guiding us with every step of the way. However, in the midst of a pandemic that stole the lives of many, we should become even more thankful of the blessings we have received from the moment we were given life up until that very life that we live now. Having a home, a family, being able to fulfill our basic needs, and having the privilege to go to school is something that we should have much more gratitude for. Blessings big or small are still blessings nonetheless. Realizing this and realizing the fact that God has always been with me has made a huge impact in my life. God's grace can be felt and experienced anywhere, we just have to take notice in the little things that proves of his presence in our day to day lives.

3. The main takeaway that I have gotten after the Lenten Reflection is that God is always with us, and that God is always good. I have realized that by allowing Him in our lives through prayer, our connection with Him becomes stronger—that in our most vulnerable moments, He will always be there right beside us. Only God knows what is best for us, and this Recollection helped me to realize that I should let things be and put my complete faith in Him and the plan He has for me.
