         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today, I will introduce very delicious Korean dish. It is called LA Galbi. For your information, Galbi is beef marinated in traditional way. Then, what is LA? You may think of the city in the united states, Los Angeles. That is the first hypothesis for the name of this food. The second one is that it is LA Galbi because it is sliced LAterally. What do you think? Which one is more convincing? Well, nobody knows why people call this dish LA Galbi. But, I am sure that it tastes really good. When you make Galbi, you need these ingredients: laterally sliced beef, soy sauce, sugar, onion, garlic, Korean pear, green onion, ginger, and sesame oil.          <title>How to make Tteokbokki, one of the most popular food in Korea	                  To make Tteokbokki, lots of ingredients are needed such as rice cake, fish cakes, water, hot pepper paste, sugar, green onions, onion, hot pepper flakes, and eggs. First, add the water to shallow pot or pan, and then boil for 15 minutes over medium high heat without the lid. Next, combine hot pepper paste, hot pepper flakes, and sugar in the small bowl. And add the rice cake, the mixture in the bowl, the green onion, onion, and the optional fish cakes and hard boiled eggs. Stir gently with a wooden spoon when it starts to boil. When the rice cake is soft enough, remove from the heat and serve hot.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>'Bibimbap' is a traditional and most popular Korean dish. The word 'bibimbap' literally means 'mixed rice'. It is a rice mixed with various vegetables, sliced beef and chili pepper paste called 'gochujang'. You can add an egg according to your preference. Although the recipe for bibimbap sounds rather simple, there are regional variations and one of the most well-known is 'Jeonju bibimbap' which contains bean sprouts. Bibimbap is not only delicious but it also contains a wealth of nutrients, such as cellulose and vitamins while being low in cholesterol and fat. If you visit Korea, make sure you to try bibimbap. </div>]]></description>
