<title>Under &quot;form natural work units&quot;, you mentioned that it allows employee to create an identifiable and meaningful whole product - which falls under task identity and task significance. In the picture that you included, you drew links between &quot;form natural work units&quot; to &quot;task identity&quot; and &quot;task significance&quot;. But can it also be said that it taps on skills variety as well since you mentioned in the example of car assembly, a team of workers may be involved in the production of an entire car rather than being placed to a small part of assembly line completing same task over and over, where an entire car would represent a natural work unit that combine multiple small tasks that were once fractionalised?</title>
