         <description><![CDATA[<p>In this module, I learned about the fundamentals of corporate ethics and social responsibility. I learned how to grow and maintain an organizational culture. I learned about the legal and social implications that surround ethical business as it pertains to ethical labor practices, environmental efforts, philanthropy, and volunteerism. My main takeaway from this module was that if you want your business to operate ethically, then it starts with you and the people that you hire. The people that you hire are at the forefront of every social movement, and having a diverse employee base is crucial for the success of the company.</p>]]></description>

I learned about the many factors that must be considered when going global, such as uncertainty avoidance, future orientation, and humane orientation.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In this module, I learned about the process by which a manager makes decisions, in addition to how a manager plans for the future of a company. I learned the importance of different decision-making processes, such as the rational decision-making process and the decision tree process. I learned the importance of the devil's advocacy in the last step of a decision in order to ensure that every scenario has been considered. I learned about the structure that is used in planning for the future of an organization and the steps that need to be taken in the planning cycle. My main takeaway from this module is that every single factor and branch of your company has to be a part of your plan for the future to ensure that all of your bases are covered and that you are being a good steward of your company's resources.</p>]]></description>

A couple of the tools are the GANTT chart as well as the PERT charts.
