(a) Harry is disliked by Snape and Harry does not get angry when Snape is always picking him out in class 
and asking him questions over and over again. (Harry does get back at Snape by suggesting that he picks Hermione to answer his question and for that 'cheek' (audacity to answer back), Gryfinddor loses one house point. This shows that Snape is quite vindictive (vengeful) and that he can be 'nasty' when he is offended.
(b)Snape is not a responsible and caring teacher as he looked down at Harry Potter. (Yes, Snape does seem to have vendetta - previous blood feud with the Potters.
