Even though we had not started yet our internship yet we also join our company's fair. We went to MITEC early in the morning, and then successfully met with our supervisor Tracy Tan and got our uniforms. Entering the venue, first of all, our department (Asian department) will give all our staff (tour guides, sales, freelancers) information about today’s fair including some strongly promoted travel packages, early bird discounts, free luggage service, etc. Today our task is to distribute leaflets. At first, I thought my task was just to distribute leaflets.

-After arriving one after another, I realized that what I need to deal with and solve is not only the distribution of leaflets. Because the distribution of leaflets is just to distribute leaflets to potential customers, but in fact, we also need to understand all the travel packages in our leaflets.  These are all things customers will ask us. And we will try our best to solve problems for customers. For example, when customers ask me, what is the most frequently asked about travel packages? What is the most favorable travel package for the company now, I can answer questions from customers, for example, Finland is the country most inquired about by customers (because you can see the Northern Lights and snow), and the most favorable travel package is direct charter flights Fly to Hokkaido, Japan and Tohoku, Japan, and a series of questions.
