         <title>1800 Urbanization</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In 1800, urbanization changed for many people. Anyone who lived in farms made their way to their better life in the city. They came because the Lowell Girls would get better pay, and everyone else would have a job at a factory rather than a farm. The only downside to this move was there was so much pollution from the factories, the water became contaminated and it gave many people a disease called chlorella.  </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The telegraph was made by F.B Morse in 1844. The main reason he made it was to send electric signals from place to place in a short amount of time. This also was the beginning of Morse code, witch is a series of dots that stand for short tones, and dashes that stand for long tones. The telegraph was very successful and help businesses thrive. </p>]]></description>

There were many different kinds of workers there in Massachusetts, including a group of young girls called the Lowell Girls, and many children. Both these groups should have been in school, but they were at the Mills making money for their families on the farm.</p>]]></description>
