Lo cual en relidas puede que sea una gran inversión al inicio, pero si no se realizan esos cambio en un futuro todas esas instituciones culturales van a tronar y no tendran un futuro que contar y la cultura podrá desaparecer con ellos. Lo cual es lo que se tiene que evitar, tienen que evolucionar, tranformarse, adaptarse a las nuevas generaciónes, crear cosas nuevas de ver la cultura, ser más atractivos, nuevas propuestas de valor para poder conectar con la audiencia, fidelizar pero con más audiencias, fomentar esa cultura que está para todos y no solo para pocos. Crear proyectos con un fututo a largo plazo.

Son habituales los estudios de segmentación a
partir de los datos que las grandes empresas disponen de nosotros.

Las personas somos poliédricas y dinámicas. Si segmentamos nuestro público de forma superficial, podemos cometer graves errores y diseñar estrategias que en lugar de generar contenidos más personalizados para los miembros de nuestra comunidad, hagan todo lo contrario.

Esto implica a toda la organización y, sobre todo, trabajar para que las experiencias de nuestros públicos en nuestros equipamientos sean satisfactorias.

Si el incremento del público e ingresos compensa el esfuerzo de hacer la segmentación y la campaña, ya tenemos nuestra segmentación efectiva.
