Taylor Swift is a shining example of a celebrity that puts effort into presenting an image. She has been portrayed as the "country girl next door" since her debut, exuding feminine vitality. By her love and heartbreak song, she is just a young girl in life. She had been able to connect with everyone on social media by maintaining authentic lifestyle images and being a relatable girl. Taylor is well media trained in answering interview questions to express the idealized views of girl’s girl.

I decided to purchase a camera a month ago. All because the seller told me that it was a nice camera and that it was on sale. Being pulled along with the crowd, I join the bandwagon out of fear of losing out on a fantastic offer. In order to get away with shipping me the camera, the seller later made up a lot of lies. Yes, and I was defrauded. Although I am well aware that I am an impulsive person, acting on my feelings frequently leads to problems; I wish I could be more rational.

Giveon, the music artist, is someone that works extremely hard to project the image of being a sad individual, making songs about his relationship experience. Giveon bases his songs around his past relationship with his ex-girlfriend, speaking about the good and bad times. This can be seen in his hit song titled "Like I want you". The piece speaks about how he only sees the good memories when looking into the eyes of his ex-girlfriend. He wants her back but has to avoid speaking up about his feelings because he knows he caused her many hardships during the relationship. Giveon maintains this "dark, sad" image by posting songs and album covers that are based off of sad emotions.

I believe that is not right to project an image that does not feel like yourself. It takes away from allowing people to express themselves and their character. It can cause people to portray basically a character rather than themselves. When portraying a person or character that isn't you it can cause you to hate that thing you're portraying since it doesn't feel like you're living the life you want. That is why it is important to stay true to your authentic self.

It is extremely deceptive to use emotions to persuade individuals to commit crimes. In massacres such as the Holocaust, the Germans were persuaded emotionally by Hitler. Hitler used the background of Germany and how the whole nation should feel disrespected due to the past. He also inflicted wrongful images onto Jewish individuals, making all the German people want to drive them to extinction. Situations like these now would most likely never occur due to the higher understandings in this time. The entire massacre wasn't rational and caused many deaths.

A peer pressure moment someone may experience is the use of drugs or alcohol where someone else might tell someone they're not "cool" or "welcome" if they don't decide to take it.
