The article talk about how in Pennsylvania they had a tax cap of 60 million but there was a bill to make no tax cap so more films will be intrigued to film here. It goes over the incentive that PA offered to Amazon to bring the HQ2 to either of the two cities. (Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.). As well as the various controversies that came from this incentive. This being 4.6$ billion in financial assistance. (If I remember correctly from the taxes the employees of the HQ2 will pay, could be remembering wrong though.)

I think that while it was a controversial move, and didn't work in the end, that the business it would have brought would have been worth more than the incentive itself. Simply due to how large Amazon is and how fast they are still growing. The HQ2 would have offered 50,000 new jobs but considering that is at the start, if the HQ2 grew, which it would most certainly do eventually, that would be many more jobs over time.

The article covers how much money is exempt from taxes in the movie industry.  It talks about how that money is used to spark interest and strengthen the economy via the entertainment industry.  

I think it is smart, since the entertainment industry circulates A LOT of cash in our economy.  Movies are cheaper, more movies are made and it is much more realistic to go out and spend money on movies of all kinds in most stores.

Not everyone is cut out for work in the Amazon company. However, I think that having movies made here would be overall much more enjoyable than the average retail platforms headquarters. From massive companies moving there head quarters to PA, to get the tax breaks and therefor bring more and more commercialism business.
