I am proud be one of Odyessus's men. I think hes a hero, how would he not be a hero? He brought our crew to victory during the Trojan War. We would all probably be dead or unwell right now. He brought us a good time when we raided the Cicones. So good that when we needed to get off we didn't want to and that is completly our fault. If we wold've listened we woulddn't have lost as many men as we did. So to me, Odyessus is my biggest hero.

I felt uncomforable as my first reaction, shocked at the sight of how huge he was. I felt as if me and Odysseus had the same reaction. We both looked uncomfortable, like there was pressure in our hearts in dread. "We felt a pressure on our hearts in dread." I really hopw that Odysseus will change whast currently happening between us and the cyclops. Because what's happening currently, is not okay. Two of our men have been eaten and it just made us more shocked. "Cyclops went on filling up his belly with manflesh and great gulps of whey." I feel like Odysseus has to come up with a great plan to get us out of here. For the most part, he is a very smart man afterall.

I believe Odysseus is a very effective leader at times. Like when we had to tie ourself to the bottom of his sheep to escape, I think is was disgusting but a very smart plan. "I tied them silently together, twinning cord of willow from the orge's bed." Even though, he could also be very hurtful to our group physically. Like how when we got off the island he just had to brag and almost get us killed. "The bling thing in his doubled furt broke a hilltop in his hands and heaved it after us." And in the end, we got cursed with death. "Let him loose all companions, and return under strange sail to bitter days at home."

I was afraid of her, I don't think anyone else was either. She looked like a normal woman! I was in shock when we found out she was a goddeess with powers. I was in even more shock when I saw her abilitys, how she she quickly turned our men into pigs. I feel bored of Odysseus. Even if he got us free we HAVE to stay here because HE wants to. I just want to go home. This whole thing of staying here for ages is so stupid!

I felt nervous while coming closer to Scylla. I know 6 of our men had to die but I didn't want to be one of the 6 men. I was afraid and terrified for what would happen in the future. I remember seeing the water nice and calm, until I see the water turn white and screeches from the distance. "But scarcely had that island faded in blue air when I saw smoke and white water, with sound of waves and tumult a sound the men heard, it terrified them." I do feel a bit more calm and collected when Odysseus gives us a pep talk, telling us how we've had harder battles. I felt my fear rush over me again once we get sent out to battle Scylla. Odysseus hardly gave us any information on what to do... I felt my grip loosen around my oar as we keep approching. "But as I sent them on toward Scylla, I told them nothing, as they could do nothing. They would have dropped their oars again, in panic, to roll for cover under the decking." I watched in horror as my peers died around me. Their blood slapptering everywhere as Scylla chomped down on them, spilting them into multiple pieces. Thankfully, I fought my battles wisely and stayed alive.
