In a bowl we put the 350g of mixture, then 1 egg, 500ml of milk and 140g of oil, then we mix everything, we put the mixture in the refractory and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees, after baking we decorate with 105g of arequipe.

We start by chopping the carrot into small squares, then an onion, we scratch the 2 tomatoes, we reserve it and cut the bananas into thin and long pieces, we cook them a little, while we add the onion, the carrot and the tomato, in a frying pan, we cook and add the tomato paste, the pinch of salt, the oregano, the pepper and for last the pound of ground meat, while cooking we put the bananas in a layers and add the meat with the vegetables on top, then we put several layers of cheese on top and put 10 minutes to the oven at 180 degrees.
