I also loved the suggestions on how to use the data you collect in Writers Workshop to guide your execution in others lessons (ex. use of capitols vs. lower case letters). The method of collecting and organizing the needs of your writers was also useful when considering 5 different groups of writers.

Doing writing workshop three times a week, using checklists, mini lesson, small group sessions, working on punctuations.

My next steps include: more constructive feedback helping the children set up next steps for themselves, introducing individual conferences with my students, help them build their confidence as writers. YES THEY CAN!
