As a student athlete myself, I can relate to your topic very well. At my school there really isn't a talk surrounding mental health of athletes. My coaches have said how impressed they are that we can juggle school and sports but there really isn't anything going on higher up in the program. I definitely think this is something that needs to be changed. Super interesting presentation!
