The white colonies were: Canada, El Cabo and Natal in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

The domains accepted to support Great Britain in the war but after the war had finished they wanted to change their constitutional relationships. Nevertheless, many home villages felt they were stuck between both cultures.
