He would probably be a suspect because Adnan was very close with Stephanie. So, Jay might've gotten revenage on Adnan because of that. Also, Adnan said that they weren't really close friends except that they smoked weed a couple times together.
Mr. S
Mr. S would probably be a suspect because in the pictures of Hae's body you can barley see Hae's body. So, how could he see it? Plus he walked a long distance just to go pee and then he stumbled on Hae's body. That sounds very suspicious to me.
Don
In the documentary, it says that Don was suppose to be at work during the time when Hae went missing. However, there was no real evidence that said he was there. - First Jay said that Adnan mentioned about killing Hae on the same day as January 13 then he said that it was four or five days before January 13.
- Jay said in his first interview that he saw the body at Edmondson Avenue then he said he saw it at Best buy.
- Jay said that Adnan and him smoked weed after Hae was strangled. But later, he said that Jay dropped Adnan at track practice after Hae was strangle.
- In the document of AT&T said that incoming calls were not reliable. But the court said that the 2:36 call was when Adnan called Jay to pick him up but it was an incoming call.

- Jenn said taht she picked up Jay from Westview mall, however Jay said that Adnan dropped him home and jenn picked him up from his house. 
- Hae should have all the  blood on her side. However, it was symmeritic which means she was laying down flat on her face. So, Jay lied about the postition of the body. 
-There's no way Hae's car as in the neihgboor for six weeks, without anyone noticing. 
- None of Adnan's things matched Leakin Pakrk, none of his red clothes matched the red fiber on the body.
- All of Jay's records usually had assualting his girlfriend or the police
- Hae's trunk was never tested. 
- Kristi had a class from 6:00-9:10 every wednesday which means she was at school, not watching judge judy and Jay and Adnan couldn't have came to her house. 
- If the car was moved, the detruis would have washed off in 6 weeks.
