Before I start my task, Madam Yusnita or we call her "Kak Ta " as my Human Resources Manager brought me to turn around at all department such as, housekeeping, food & beverages, kitchen, and offices.

After visit all the department,  Kak Ta leave me at front Office Department where it is my part for the first  one month .

At the Front Office  Department, my FO member ,Nurul  was explained on key card , how to read the key card and how to use it . after that , she was explained system check-out , how to solve reserved customer and how to solve walk in customer using computer system. That's all my task for my first day.
