With the infectious people, we sent them off in a boat to get rid of the disease with no chance of it spreading to other people. This was planned as a group through our democracy. Then we dealt with the natives by trading with them and creating a peaceful alliance. This was also decided by the group. Another problem that we faced was the change of leadership on the island as the president was impeached and replaced by the vice president who let the society fall making people commit suicide to escape it. Everyone was given the same rights on the island as long as they followed the island's rules and was an actively participating member of the island's society(Completing their job). Everyone was also given the option to vote on all decisions made on the island and the freedom to voice their ideas on the island and how it should be operating. I felt that everyone was treated fairly as everyone was given the opportunity to voice their ideas or concerns.
