This also allows both the teacher and learner to determine if goals have been met and to readjust through relevant feedback.&nbsp;<br>Specifically, I see myself creating writing and reading success criteria/rubrics with students to help all stakeholders become more involved in the learning process- including parents and support staff. </div>]]></description>
