The The Philippines' rubber capital, Zamboanga Sibugay is home to thousands of hectares of rubber plantation. However, processing of agricultural raw products is lacking in the area and it contributed a big part in economic growth. Gross Regional Domestic Product in Zamboanga Peninsula keep on rising from 74,662,581 in 2019 to 75,755,019 in 2020 based on Philippine Statistic Authority. By that, it is a need to strengthen and establish a agri-processing centers to help realize Mindanao's agribusiness and aquaculture/mariculture potentials. Moreover,
the most logical move for sustained sectoral growth is a systemic change to agri-processing of raw materials like rubber and coconut into allied products.

I highly suggest to have a factory for rubber production to increase the export and production in the province, and easier access to modern production technologies.

Infrastructures are lacking, from mall to businesses. Other areas in the province has no mobile phone signal or they do not have access to cellular technology. It is needed to focused toward developing people's competencies and skills in order to meet emerging digital transformation, respond to technological changes, and meet the growing economy's technical manpower demands.
