Bench Carry

This lesson we did bench carry and the aim was to hold a bench as a team and carry it around the 400 meters with different tasks. The theme of the lesson was learning what made us tick, my one was because our team was losing to finish it properly. We also worked on how hard can we push ourselves, I found that if my Muscles were sore I could keep going but if the bench was hitting me I would give up, I would tend to like if the bench was hitting me let someone else take it and I would have a little break. The most challenging tho for me that lesson would be that if our team was losing and everyone else was cheating not the cheat aswell

We were looking at what types of personality types you are, my personality is a extra version. I am this because i listen to others ideas bug still co-operate. I was not participating in this lesson because of my ankle and foot, but from a spectators point of view you can see how it effects the game.

Today we were doing the fitness course, i was spectating because i was injured. We were looking at how your personality types effects how you keep going. It was very obvious about what personality types every person has, for example the people that had a negative personality type was getting lapped by there own team, lying down in the middle of the field for a break, whilst others kept running and carried on with the task, the pushed through there mental barrier.

This lesson we were looking at frustration, and how easily you get frustrated. I realised i got frustrated when i tried to hit the ball hard and i kept hitting the green. I learnt how to overcome this by taking a breath and re-aligning my technique, this is a good technique to use because it calms you down and helps you succeed.

This lessons we looked at how much courage you have and how hard you can push yourself. For this lesson we where playing snakes and ladders, but every square you landed on would mean a different style and length of swimming activity you would do. It was very obvious about who had experience and how your courage kept you going, for example Savanna was a swimmer but her team ended up losing because the other teams pushed harder and stuck together.

This lesson we looked at courage and being like a honey badger, we did this by doing five broncos then pushing a van around the ringroad with weights and a bench, then five more broncos. I realised during this lesson how to push through and keep going, because I wasn’t the best but i could push myself through the red zone. It was obvious about who could push the self and had the courage to keep going.

MOP means moments of perfection, we were looking at how the MOP moments are better to look at then the MOS moments. the gutter ball tournament was fun and while looking at the MOP times it was a lot easier to success
