Hi. Just wanted to check with you. My JMB practice is issue quarterly maintenance bill (Jan-Mar) and the owner settled the bills. Owner has sold the unit to new buyer on March and the owner request the refund for March maintenance bill. Can I issue credit note instead of refund note?
