He gives equality to all of his people as long as they follow his rules, he spared many lives within the other empires he conquered. I like this picture because it shows a great man, ruler, who showed fairness to his people. Above all, he still didn't see himself as a conqueror, but as a liberator. He truly did much for his people and lead a great, huge empire that was once the biggest there was.
