Twenty years later, when my 11-year-old stepson, who I’ll call Josh, came home with a sprained wrist and a head injury as a result of bullying, nothing seemed so simple. A true contemporary family — three parents with radically different parenting styles — we were all busy working and parenting other children, too. Who had the time to slow down, figure out what was happening, research solutions, decide what to do, call the school, and demand action? It was the beginning of Josh’s sixth grade at a new school, so we didn’t know anyone. Every night, as we listened to his stories of getting insulted and roughed up in hallways, we wondered: is this the new normal?

Bully pulpit

Since the days when I was bullied, there have been campaigns, dozens of books, a bumper crop of bullying experts, a presidential initiative, a feature-length documentary, and thousands of heartbreaking stories about kids whose bullying  allegedly  led to terrible consequences suicide, mental illness, prison sentences. But the sad fact is that the very definition of bullying remains somewhat in dispute.

It was a morning where a girl named Amelfy de Leon was preparing her bags, she was very excited because she was going to travel with her family to the United States, but she was also sad because she left her grandmother, it was raining, she was scared because it was her first time on a plane.  when she got rid of her grandmother she was crying and her mother was more nervous when they got on the plane it started to rain more it seems that it was a hurricane her mother and her sister were holding hands nervously after an hour there were tubules in the  The plane was in row 13, she didn't feel much but they and her father were nervous. The girl thought she was going to die. She was praying so that the plane wouldn't crash after two hours. They landed.

The girls landed they were relieved and their family later in New York was very cold falling snow the street was full when her aunt arrived she did not want to go because she wanted to go to the Dominican Republic because she found it was hot and she was with her grandmother after her aunt  He took his other you to where he passed 1 year later and she was in a school with new friends for two years with her friends at school but the school year passed and her mother told her that she had to change her to another school she did not  He wanted to but his mother told him that he was also going to meet new friends that he would be sad.Two months passed she did not want to talk to anyone she was alone then she made friends and was very happy and on vacation she went to the Dominican Republic to see her grandmother and family.

 

but she was not happy she sound disappointed

,”What is it mommy" I said alert. And very nervous and scared out of my "well about the trip to disney land...it's canceled"me and my brother gasp in fear,my dream to disney land is drestroyed my brother said"w-why" my mom said cause of our kitchen sink it broke a few weeks ago.I thought it was reasonable,so until the sink was fixed we will not go to disney land yet probily next year she said im so sorry guys she also said all  I thought is that I hope we go to disney land one day i still will stay as bight as the sun of hope for this 

 

 

but she was not happy she sound disappointed
