         <title>Judy and Frank are having an argument over how to order these fractions and decimals from least to greatest and the correct order. Judy believes that it is best to convert every one of the amounts to a decimal and then compare.  Frank finds it better to look at each of them using his “number sense” and compare each of them to each other.</title>
