Yes, there were many positive outcomes from Covid-19. It opened a world of remote learning and allowed adults to work from home. Thus, people had to commute and go into the office/school less. Students were also able to learn virtually and take classes online if needed.

No, there were no positive outcomes from Covid-19. Yes people are now able to work and learn from home, but this has created a sense of laziness in the work force. People are less likely to come in the office and are typically less productive when at home. Online school has been a thing prior to covid. People's mental health took a severe hit as well and little to no accommodations were provided

The amount of people struggling compared to the amount of therapy and counseling being offered was very unbalanced. Many found it hard to find the right treatment services for them and the cost of therapy alone is frightening. Not only that but people of color, women and younger teens reported having trouble finding help according to Coley and Baum (bc.edu article)

By making services such as therapy, counseling, and at-home hospital care easier to access amongst all groups (racial and gender groups), people can learn to cope and grow from the struggles and hardships that the pandemic caused. It would make them feel less alone while allowing them to talk with a professional.

One of the few benefits from the pandemic has been the working from home aspect of it all. Since people were unable to work in the office due to social distancing, many companies and offices resorted to having employees work from home. Although Covid and social distancing is no longer a major issue, many workers still choose to work from home a few days a week. It allows them to commute less, save money (gas, food, transportation, etc), and work from the comfort of their room.
