For instance, our government has created countless COVID-19 protocols in order to ensure the safety of every citizen, as simple as washing your hands can come a long way in ceasing the possibility of acquiring the virus. However, this is the complete opposite when it comes to serving. Exposing ourselves to the divinity of worship to strengthen our relationship with Him despite the pandemic and to nourish our desire to be in the “giving end”. Connecting this to the four ways of spiritually reinforcing our faith in these trying times; based of Bro. Andreus’ talk, he mentioned that “For us to receive God’s grace, we must penetrate it to others”. By devoting ourselves to worship, we can form a disposition or character that is according to His likeliness. Exerting our uttermost efforts and allotting time for service are some practices in strengthening our spiritual immune system and in requitting God’s benevolence to mankind.

With all the chaos that has been happening in today’s time such as the prevailing crisis that our country experiences, bewildered emotions, coping with the new learning setup, or a distant relationship with loved ones due to lack of communication. I often feel that there’s no time to breathe or adjourn, but during these moments, God’s grace is sufficient to cope up. It is in these times, that I can feel God’s utmost nurturing presence that He is with me, carrying me, and embracing me in His loving arms. Through this, I have gained peace of mind and found bliss, serenity, and tranquility in my heart.

“The grace that heals, grace that follows”, after being enlightened and awoken by Bro. Andreus’ message of faith, I have comprehended that God’s grace is truly incomparable. It happens at the most unexpected time and moment; His blessings are truly unpredictably virtuous. Even in the most unanticipated situations, God’s grace and adroitness is being forwarded to others. - Moreover, according to Ephesians 2:10, “We are fully loved by God, no matter what we do or fail to do”, Grace is available when we expose ourselves to His righteousness. As the Almighty and loving Father, He is aware of everything that has been happening to us, His children. “You’re fully known, yet you’re fully loved”, regardless of every flaw and imperfection, His unwavering love embraces and acknowledges us for who and what we are.

From what Brother Andreus said, he made me realize that "Good things, takes time" and "God's love is everywhere, I just need to learn how to appreciate". From that day, my trust in God became stronger. This made me stop overseeing things which sometimes cause me feel disappointed. Brother Andreus also taught me to keep my connection to God. He made me understand that if I'm connected to God, I can do everything with God because if I always talk to Him, He will know my needs and He will provide.

Everyday I feel and receive God's grace. From the start of my day, the day He gave me is already a grace because it is a new opportunity to pursue my duties. I also consider those people and the things around me. They are given by God to help me do things or to perform my duties while I'm here in His creation.

After attending the Lenten Recollection, I realized many things. I realized that I am not the only one who felt the things I'm feeling in the past months. With the help of this recollection, I felt more confident to recover from this feeling because I knew that these problems are just temporary. All bad things will disappear through time, I just need to adapt while I still face those bad things. In conclusion, everything is just temporary and in there is God's grace in everything.

I.

1. It is important to keep in touch with the Lord, especially this Lenten Season. As Catholics, we need to make sacrifices, same as how Jesus sacrificed for our sake. We can strengthen our Spiritual System by doing different tasks that require hard work or service in particular, for the betterment of the Catholic Church. May it be some groundworks for some adjustments within our parish itself or coming to long processions that require walking for long distances, we should do them in order for our own spiritual system to grow, strengthen and, nurture. By doing acts or service, God sees how much we believe and care for Him because we care for Him by caring for the Church He established.

2. Everyday, though we may not notice it, we feel his loving and undying grace. To my own experience, I feel God's grace in times that I feel pressured or overwhelmed about certain tasks especially about school. Whenever I doubt or question my abilities or other traits, when I ask for something desperately, or when I kneel down and ask for His forgiveness for something I did. I always call unto Him and I immediately feel secure or safe when I do so. Almost like He gives me strength in facing the problem I'm encountering.

3. This recollection has taught me multiple things that I can apply or do not only during Lent but also in my day-to-day life. I realized that by showing our effort through participating in different Church activities is a way of showing our faith and belief in Him to a greater extent. We make sacrifices like how He, Himself sacrificed for our sake. Another insight of mine is that God has done so much for us, He made each and every single one of us with the gift of intellect, free will, and salvation. To be honest, we owe Him anything and everything life has to offer.

We can strengthen our spiritual immune system through different ways, such as possessing a trusting and truthful relationship with God and devoting ourselves to Him. Living our lives based on His teachings and commandments is also a way to strengthen our spiritual systems since His words are guides for us to follow to remain and not stray away from the right path in life.

1. To strengthen our Spiritual immune system we should continue to pray to God. Not just because we need to but we want to. We should also trust and believe in Him. If we ever made a mistake, we should confess it, we should not hide it from ourselves, because even if we hide it, God already knows it. In addition, we should also apply our learnings from God’s teaching to our daily lives. We need to spread the word of God to everyone to evangelize faith.

2. Everyday we receive God’s grace. We just don’t know that it is God’s grace. In every situation in school, at home, at work or any parts of the day we feel God’s grace. I felt God’s grace when I failed to deliver a speech. It was hard to accept that it did not turn out to be what I expected it to be. However, I believe that maybe God was just planning something for me.

3. Just like Brother Andreus said, “Maraming darating na problema sa buhay mo, pero kung hindi para sayo, itatabi na yan ni Lord.” I believe that all the things that happen to us, happen for a reason. We should just appreciate the things that God has given us and wait for what God has planned for us. It is not that God doesn’t want that to happen to us, he has other plans for us to do.

I must emphasize that God's grace is everywhere, and it is not just something we see physically, but it is also something that surrounds us and makes us feel love, which I believe is why it is so lovely.

2. I believe that everything is here because of God's grace, and we should always be grateful for it, but I'm sure everyone has moments when it just hits home. These are the times when I go to see deceased family members or hear a depressing story about a deceased person. It makes me think about God's grace and how grateful I should be for the gift of life.

3. Following the Lenten Recollection, I came to a number of realizations that will assist me in remaining positive and faithful to God in my daily life. However, the realization that we are still God's children in whatever situation or stage of life we are in has stood out the most. He will always be with us at all times.

> With the ongoing pandemic that has put a brake on our typical day-to-day living, it is truly fundamental to have a consistent communication with God. Aiming to nourish our spiritual immune system, we ought to lend a helping hand to others wholeheartedly. Additionally, we should attend Sunday Mass and pray sincerely; through this, we would be able to ask for His forgiveness and be grateful for He is still showering us with blessings. Moreover, we may share the word of God, so that individuals will learn more about Him and His benevolence. The ways in mentioned above will certainly succor us in committing sins and avoid straying of path.

> God is omnipresent and so does His grace. Each time I feel worthless, overwhelmed by various responsibilities at school and home, cry myself to sleep, He never fails to comfort and help me. Furthermore, I experience family hardships at a young age; nonetheless, God does not make me feel like I am less of a person. He loves me more than anyone does. In addition, when I am not having a healthy and good relationship with the people I love, I run towards Him. My heart is shattered into pieces every time anxiety bothers me. However, God as our Almighty Father, always keeps an eye on His children including me. In Him, I find solace, euphoria, and love.

> When the recollection has come to an end, I realized that God will never leave us even though we are not perfect and sinful. Moreover, the challenges that He is giving us contribute in building a stronger version of who we are today. I realized as well that the small acts we do for our fellow creates a huge impact on the lives of each and everyone of us. It reflects our character and how we use God’s holiness in making a change in the society. Furthermore, the recollection reminded me that pain is temporary and we should continue to conquer the battles we are facing. He may not be visible in our eyes, but we can feel His presence at all times. Ultimately, I was never wrong in placing my trust in Him and His plans because He proves that I am growing each day.

I have been thoroughly enlightened and learned a lot from the sharing of Brother Andreus. Because of this, I can strengthen my spiritual system by doing work on the ground in order to be present in crucial situations, just like how God's grace is. For example, I can do volunteer work in donation drives for those in need. Furthermore, in acknowledging the privilege that I am blessed with, I can contribute to fundraisers that help those who are affected by various calamities. These are just some of the ways for one to strengthen their spiritual purpose.

God's grace is always lives and fosters prosperity in our hearts. I feel this kind of hope when a great happening blooms after a difficult one. For instance, I have received good and satisfactory grades after having a rough time in accomplishing schoolwork. Moreover, whenever my family and I encounter certain problems, we are given the opportunity to celebrate and be grateful after we have overcame such hurdles. Hence, God's grace is most felt in instances of hardships and hope.

After attending the Lenten Recollection, I acquired a wider knowledge about how God walks with us in our lives. Indeed, we are never alone in our battles because God's grace accompanies us as we progress through each stage of our journey. As a result, we must prove ourselves that we are worthy to receive the amount of love that He provides us because that kind of love is unending.

During the Recollection, there's no doubt that I learned so, so much from the speaker and gained a lot of reflections about myself from his own experiences that he mentioned. Unlike the pandemic, the Faithdemic is a thing that we must spread to other people, as it grants us a strong spiritual immune system so that we may withstand the worldly troubles and worries experienced in our personal lives. To strengthen our weapons and defenses for doing good and remaining faithful to God, we must first take off our figurative masks and become honest and transparent people, especially when facing God in prayer. In turn, we will receive grace for our courage to become truthful towards ourselves, others, and God. Furthermore, to strengthen this immune system of ours, we must avoid figurative social distancing, this can be done by learning to reunite with people and patching the rift we've made for them to reunite and finally achieve understanding. Through this, we would finally gain solace and have a far more peaceful and strong spirit, ready to face any sort of difficulty it may face. Lastly, we must also perform good actions to others, be it something small and simple, or something grand and extravagant, anything will suffice, and these we must perform to strengthen this faith immune system.

God's grace has been present throughout my entire life, I have no doubts about it. The fact I was born in the first place is due to God's grace, for when my mother had given birth to me and my siblings, she had to undergo surgeries so that each one of us would get born into the world. Luckily, each one of us survived, and I just know that wouldn't be the case if not for God's amazing grace. Adding to that, God's grace had given me numerous talents and skills, which I feel very guilty having. So many people would sacrifice anything just to have a small percentage of said talents, and I feel as if before I would take such things for granted. God had given me a forgiving grace, and a grace that evokes me to keep honing these God-given skills, use such skills for the common good of the people, and always change for the better.

As for my realizations, I realized that God will never abandon us, no matter what. He looks out for us always and showers us with blessings every day. In our troubles and our worries, by trusting in Him and accepting fully His grace, we would eventually get through these. However, our cooperation is required, and we must also strengthen our faith and spiritual immune system, and take the initiative as well to communicate with God, so that we may get through our problems and live a fulfilled life. As they say, it takes two to tango, and to get by our problems, God shouldn't be the only one offering grace to us, hence, we must respond to him.

.1. Based on the sharing of brother Andreus, one way I can think of strengthening your spiritual immune system can be Through god's grace. God's grace is a grace that can heal relationships. This grace keeps us from breaking bonds with family, friends, colleagues, etc. God's grace involves forgiveness. Moreover, it can help you establish bonds with your family which can protect you from any sort of negative energy like arguments in the family, fights, abuse, etc. Establishing bonds with family strengthens your bond with God because at the end of the day we are all connected.

2. If i were to mention experiences I experienced god's grace in it would be whenever I always worry about something constantly. If ever i do, God is there to comfort me and make things better.

3. My realizations are to spend time with family while you can. In life, you can't go back in time, you can't re-live the important moments you had, etc. Spending time with family is something that can shape you as a n individual as well. After hearing brother Andreus' message about this, i have to agree that things can be unexpected to happen. You never know what might come, you never know what could happen, so while you can just spend time with family and friends.

1) To strengthen our Spiritual immune systems, we must choose to pray, to choose Him. We need to be strong physically, mentally and spiritually. Brother Andreus had me thinking about how negative my mindset became through these years. I stopped looking at the good things in life and started making fun of my misery. Everything that Brother Andreus shared opend my eyes somehow. Most importantly I learned that isolation both literally and figuratively isn't healthy, and finding God is something you don't have to do alone.

2) I feel the Lord's grace when I lose sleep at night, when I mourn, when I'm happy, and during good and bad times. I take these moments to reflect and grow with God right beside me.

3) This recollection has taught me to be grateful, to be happy for other peoples success, and lastly is to wait, because good things take time.

Based on the talk of Brother Andreus, we can strengthen our spiritual immune system by believing in God. Through God, we will have a grace that will empower us in our life. God's grace is what keep us survive in every situation that we are in. With this FAITHdemic, I can say that this will help us realize that we should spread positivity not the virus on other people. Anything that is good will help us build a strong system. Having faith on God will definitely help us reinforce spiritual immune system.

God's grace has been always in our heart. On the day that we are born, we already feel this grace. From my own experience, I feel this amazing grace when I feel pressured and stressed in my school life and private life. God's grace heal me through giving me hope on finishing these works. From the day that I am not mentally good, I start praying again. As a result, almost of the days on my life has been considered healthy. Furthermore, I truly lost my faith on God when pandemic started since bad lucks have been going on in my life in these years. However, with the help of online masses, I have gain some realizations that there will be times in our life that God will be challenging us so that he can see how much we trust him when it comes on these circumstances.

From the Lenten Recollection, I realized that whatever happens, God is beside us; helping us from the problems and obstacles that we are going through. He heals us and keep us from the negative things that are happening to us. The theme of this recollection reminds me of the quote, "Every day, remind yourself of God's grace, and relax in it." This grace is what powering us in the situation that we are in that helps us survive in this exhausting game. Indeed, no matter what happen, just trust God and he will convert this faith into assistance.

1. As shared during the recollection conducted by Brother Andreus, our spiritual immune system can be strengthen through God's grace. We may or may not know it, but it is spread around us, it may happen by coincidences, or just by sheer luck. It can also be physically manifested through things or through someone. For instance, we can launch a donation drive to those who are experiencing financial problems/ struck by calamities, we can manifest God's grace within ourselves and share it to others.

2. God's grace has always with us, from the moment we were conceived by our parents, until here today, it's effect is everlasting. I feel the grace when I'm happy , sad, frustrated. I feel it every time. On the times where I felt worthless, it is there to remind me of my worth. On the times where I felt giving up, it is there to give me hope. On the times I felt no one was there, it is there to give me solace. It gave me strength to stand up amidst all the chaos around me.

3. I learned from the Lenten's Recollection, that God is always there to guide us; it may be directly or indirectly, He is always there. We are sinned, flawed beings, still, He loves us, and will always be. However, I came to realize that it isn't always the giver and the receiver, we must also give Him our full trust and faith, as He is also giving us His graces.
