         <description><![CDATA[<div>personally I believe a successful graduate is someone who is not only ready for what their future holds but is happy with who they have become and what they have accomplished. It's not hard to graduate what's hard is the part after that, after all the school, stepping into the real world and looking into a mirror and being happy. I don’t think and I have never believed that success revolves around money or things of that nature, I believe success is happiness 100%, you can be the most successful person in the world but if you aren't happy what's the point.</div>]]></description>
