1. Local Context
2. Global Context
3. Market Context 
4. Regulatory Context

These four context are important in order to know and understand the area of study and the urban development process in overall. The context can be considered to include the site plus the
area immediately outside its boundaries. The larger the project, the greater its scope to control or
create its own context. Whatever their scale, all urban design
actions are fixed within and contribute to their local context.
