Move 2: The next sentences aim at receiving a response and getting to know the audience better by asking typical questions which would be considered ‘small talk’ (e.g. “How is school goin for you?”) and one atypical question (“what’s your favorite kind of pizza”), probably to get her attention and showing her that he has a sense of humor. Move 3: The next move explicitly asks for a response. Move 4: In the last part of the message, the sender compliments the girl in a very atypical way by comparing her to a delicious dish, thereby hoping to make it more likely for her to text back. He realizes that his comparison might be considered inappropriate and apologizes in the last sentence.

Maybe you can add some information when you would have time and suggestions where you both could possibly meet. The lack of punctuation conveys the spontaneity. Maybe this is what the writer wanted to achieve, however, reading through it once before sending it would do the trick.
