         <description><![CDATA[<div>Empathy is important as it allows one to understand how it feels to be in another's shoes. Thus, students with empathy will not bully another student. As teachers, we can create opportunities for teaching of empathy such as a task during cme lesson or assembly talk or show and get students to write an exit card or reflection. </div>]]></description>
