It is inspirational to me as it has a very deep meaning. It means to never give up on your dreams. It’s not always going to be smooth, but remember what motivated you to start off, or how that relationship felt like at the beginning and strive to reinvent it.

I wold recommend that doing the spiritual practice of playing video games as they lower stress levels.

It is good as it enables you to take a break from the work you are doing and just have some fun or to challenge your brain.

It can make you calm as you can just have to focus on having fun.

Or:

Going for a walk, either by yourself or with your dog if you have one.

This enables you to relax fully and to just admire the nature around you or to think about anything, e.g life.

You can go to another place and just have fun as well as being healthy.

The ritual that I do that is helpful is playing video games, especially on a friday night.

I get home and then I play xbox, it is fun and it makes you peaceful and it is also contains a social aspect as I communicate with my friends.

Pros: Social aspect which is fun and lowers stress levels.

Endorphins are created as the xbox is so exciting and extremely fun.

Cons: There aren't any cause xbox is 1337
