Coal is not a sustainable resource because it negatively affects peoples lives and cultures. It can also make people benefit while others suffer. It can also negatively affect plants, animals, air, water and leaves a long term impact on the earth. This also creates bad jobs and effects economies.

-Not safe for workers

-Workers can die

-We will run out of coal eventually and the economy will lose a lot of money when that happens

If we keep using coal, the economy will not do so good. We cannot mine coal sustainability because workers can die from coal mining. We will eventually run out so we should not consume it so much that it will be gone in 200 years.

-Affected by the amount of litter living around the mines.

-Affected by the amount of pollution.

There is a long term impact on the environment because when mining the people could make the caves collapse. Extracting coal would not be sustainable because if a cave collapses it ruins the place where the mine was. Coal is also a nonrenewable resource.
