Well, i don't agree with you Avril, because I think about the people who recently graduate from universities and have very good aptitudes and few opportunities for experience, so they should not close the doors to demonstrate their ability and talent just because they are not experts. If they are never offered the opportunity to learn and fail, they will never be able to learn and improve.

That's an interesenting question, I think that we shouldn't judge people on how they dress, clothing is the first and less important thing that we see about someone, there are more important things like degrees, how they treat you, etc.
