2) I prefer to buy diesel car because electrical and hybrid cars are hard to charge in our country and diesel cars are safer than petrol.

I prefer petrol cars to others, as I'll be able to start it in any weather. As for the 3rd point, a manual gearbox is good, but an automatic one is better (especially if to drive within a city).
