         <title>My reflection on microbial world ( Week 5)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Form my previous class on microbial world , I learnt about prokaryotes along this week. We asked to do mind map on the prokaryotes. Every group have to move to the in front to fill the information on the whiteboard . When the mind map was full written by all groups, they have to explain on their topic that they have to present. Form this, I learnt that prokaryote divided into two which are intracellular and extracellular . In intracellular it have cell wall, endospore and plasma membrane. In extracellular, it have flagella, pili, fimbriae and axial filament . Then, Dinesh doing his presentation on the topic that Dr. Wan gives to him. Then, the next class is we discuss about introduction to prokaryotes. As we know, microorganisms are divided into two which are prokaryotes and eukaryotes. Prokaryotes means pro nucleus (living organism which the lack of nucleus and eukaryotes means true nucleus(living organisms which have the nucleus . The important to know the size bacteria is to know the way to filter. The biofilm is a group of microbes that grow on the layer such as teeth and contact lens. The relationship between size and shape of protozoan is the larger protozoa can store more nutrients so it have longer life than small protozoa. But the smaller bacteria can be more advantage too such as fast to move, easy to diffuse and they are abundant which they have shorter generation time. Then, only certain bacteria can produce EPS. The bacteria that produce EPS&nbsp; have many antibiotics and many resistance repellent. Swarming is the microbacteria wave like movement. Toxin are divided into have two which are endotoxin and exotoxin.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
