Since then I collect Beatles memorabilia.  This patch is from the former Liverpool Institute, the high school where several Beatles attended.  It is now the Liverpool Performing Arts School, founded by Paul McCartney. The patch says, "Not for ourselves, but for the whole world were we born." I wish that I had time to read for pleasure. John Irving is my favorite author. I heard him speak once and was overwhelmed by his description of his writing process. My other favorite author is Kate DiCamillo. Pictured below is Edward Tulane of "The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane." He visited our classroom and caught up with the classroom bunny.
