         <description><![CDATA[<div>-  trace amounts of aspirin<br><strong>EXTERNAL</strong><br>- Wearing a ring on right ring finger<br>-  Vomit on shoulder<br>- Injury to right temple (Hit on Head)<br>= In which there is a open wound. Pre-mortem bruising is evident<br>-No sign of injury on neck<br>-Distended Abdomen <br><strong>EXTREMITIES<br>-</strong>Ankles are swollen<br>-Signs of Edema are positive with moderate fluid accumulation.<br>-Fingernails show substantial bruising, indicating low oxygen<br>-Right shoulder has a recently healed break<br>-Left ankle has previous break<br><strong>INJURIES<br></strong>- Head wound: 2 cm in length 5 mm in depth at center<br>-Surrounding area bruised, limited bleeding evident. <br>-No skull fracture<br>-Inflamed, red injection sites on left thigh.<br><strong>PHYSICAL EXAMINATION RESULT<br></strong>1) Generalized pallor and evidence of oxygen deprevation<br>2) Fingernails and toenails blue/gray color<br>3) Evidence of vomit in oral cavity<br>4) Blunt trauma to the head, wound indicative of a fall against a solid object, light bleeding suggesting lack of blood flow.<br>5) Edema of ankles visible<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Blood<br>     No evidence of Alchohol<br>     No evidence of non-prescription drugs or overdoes of prescription<br>      Blood glucose level 280 mg/dl (normal range 70-125 mg/dl)<br>Hydroxyurea, trace amounts-used to treat sickle cell anemia.<br>2. Stomach contents<br>    No evidence of toxins or poisons<br>    125 mL or partially digested food present<br><br><strong>INTERNAL EXAMINATION<br>Gastrointestinal System<br></strong>the mucosa and wall of the esophagus are intact and gray-pink, without lesions or injuries.<br>The gastric (stomach) mucosa is intact and pink without injury. the mucosa of the three parts of the small intestine, the colon and rectum, appears normal. Approximately 125 mL or partially digested semisolid food is found in the stomach. <br><strong>FINDINGS<br></strong>In our lab we discovered there were complex sugars (carbohydrates) and proteins<br><br>Microscopic Analysis<br>Abnormalities found: Sickle shaped red blood cells.<br>--Slight mitral valve regurgitation<br>--right coronary artery 80% occluded at time of death<br>--narrowing in renal arteries as well as cerebral arteies and provides evidence of atherosclerosis<br>--evidence of mild peripheral vascular disease in the left leg.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
