To that end we would really appreciate your help. We are willing to open up all of our processes and systems for everyone to see. The idea is that we will get feedback from you on what is good and what is bad. Essentially allowing us to our periodically review our service and note our improvements and areas for future improvement. To that end we would appreciate our help. First off - what questions do we need to ask ourselves (we will publicly share our answers). We cannot compare ourselves to your institution as essentially we all have different setups and we would be comparing apples to oranges but I do want to compare ourselves with ourselves year on year. To that end I would really appreciate if you could add a question(s) that we should ask ourselves as part of our evaluation.
