We have a huge number of students diagnosed with ADHD on our roll and I feel like the ADHD boys have a large number of negative pastoral entries as well. I don't feel like as a staff we have had actual PL around what this can and does look like for different young people, with both outward behaviour and internal brain function. I'm sure there's ADHD staff who could be involved in upskilling us in this area.

Shaun was amazing. He was all about consequences and making things right through an action. There was a large focus on what can you do to make it right again and mend the relationship.

End goal would be to have improved behaviour from all students....less behavioral issues, minimum suspensions etc...

We need to do more research into what is actually going on in these primary schools and intermediates. We seem to spend too much time at the start of each year fixing their mistakes or things they have ignored and its spilt over to us.
