Alot of women are physically abused by men because they don't want to be intimate with them, they don't want to go on a date with them, or simply talk to them. Alot of people ask why don't someone won't report sexual harassment; and this video is a good example why. 
She goes to the doctor (someone who is trusted by many, has a degree, has the right to examine IF NEEDED) for a check up, he touches her inapropriately the entire appointment non-chalantly, and takes advantage of her by using his power of being a doctor. Should she report this? yes. Will something be done about it? maybe. Why should it matter what underwear you wear? The reason she was raped was because of a man wanting to feel entitled, and powerful, not because of her underwear. There should never be an excuse to sexxually harass someone.
