The posture is important beacuse is the first thing that the people see in someone. In my opinion the posture is the projection of how someone is felling for example if they are confindent or tired or scared.

I usually find difficult to make eye contact with people that I don’t know and are stranges or when I don’t feel confident and nervous about something.

In my opinion, you can overcome the situation firstly knowing what means eye contact for most of the people that means that you can see them and you take account of them and you recognize their presence and the other thing that can help is practice your speeches with family and friends.

The physical appearance makes a difference for your speeches. It's important to dress correctly when you are presenting something for example: dress formally if your presentations is in and office. You should take care of your physical appearance too and spend time on yourself.

In my opinion use your voice correctly can improve a lot a presentation because if you uses the right intonations for words for example in key words or if you want to empathize in some part it would be useful. the right volume or good fluency can be a big difference for the people in the audience because they will be able to understand your message clearly.
