The air we humans normally breathe contains 21 percent of oxygen and changing that may the person to breathe differently and their pulse rate. If the oxygen percentage go further down by argon it is possible for a person to die if the oxygen levels are lowered. Argon will disappear into the air and does not harm any animals or any plants.
